Yes! This rope is a very popular choice for anyone who enjoys rope flow workouts. Braid on Braid is firm but flexible, knots well, and is much more affordable compared to many of the mainstream rope flow brands out there. We recommend using the 12mm or 14mm Braid on Braid.
